Priest In Charge
Christ Church, Consett
We are looking for an exceptional Priest in Charge for this former steel making town which sits proudly above the Derwent Valley making it one of the highest towns in England.
Although Consett has gone through a period of significant regeneration seeing it’s economy grow and new housing established, significant poverty challenges still exist.
This role requires a person able to help establish a clear vision for mission, evangelism and ministry in the parish and to lead, enable and support the congregation in making that vision a reality. You must be equally a leader and an enabler, a teacher and an encourager of the Spirit who will grow this worshipping community.
Does this role have your name on it?
- Closing Date: 1st February 2021
